Diane Evans has become The Right Step, Inc.’s newest board member! A volunteer with The Right Step for three years, Diane grew up with horses and later became an elementary teacher. Her passion of being with horses and kids is realized in her volunteer work with The Right Step. Diane completed volunteer training just before the pandemic restricted our world. During the shutdown she valued being able to leave home to care for the horses by feeding them and mucking stalls. It also gave her the opportunity to re-bond with horses and reignite her childhood passion. Diane is looking forward to joining the Board of Directors of The Right Step to share her knowledge of marketing and fundraising in order to maintain and grow this valuable program which utilizes the healing power of horses to help individuals with disabilities in a multitude of ways: mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. When not at the barn, Diane works as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker, spends time with her four grandbabies, and when time permits, she enjoys artistic and creative endeavors, reading, and traveling. Please join us in welcoming Diane! The wonderful Diane with the wonderful FredBob!
