Natalie Lamy began her journey with The Right Step as a volunteer in June 2024, quickly finding her passion for the organization’s mission. By January 2025, she joined the board, where she currently serves as the Board Secretary and Co-Volunteer Liaison. With over two decades of equestrian experience, both as a competitive rider, 4-H member, and as a horse owner, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge in horse care, behavior, and the therapeutic potential of equine-assisted services. Originally from Illinois, Natalie received her bachelor's degree in psychology from Augustana College and relocated to Colorado in 2018 to pursue her J.D. at the University of Denver Sturm College of Law. In her free time, Natalie enjoys spending time with her rescue dog, Korra, and horseback riding.

In her free time, Megan still enjoys horseback riding, as well as trail running and reading. She also holds a M.S. in Statistics from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and is passionate about evidence-based public health.

Nancy Marsh- Education Chair

Nancy Marsh is an experienced community contributor; most recently supporting fundraising, auction activities, and volunteer efforts at The Right Step. She served as a Trustees Chairperson and Education Chair at her church for many years in Northbrook, Il. Prior to that in Silicon Valley, she managed the creation of one of the earliest navigation databases used in in-vehicle and mobile navigation.
