Horses Helping our Helpers
This groundwork-based program provides respite and an opportunity to disconnect for frontline workers. Experience healing through breathing, mindfulness, and the presence of gentle horse friends.
This program is open to all frontline workers such as first responders, healthcare and retail workers, educators, etc. Family members aged 16 and up are also invited to participate. Advanced registration is required. Sessions take place Sundays from 12:45-1:30 pm and Wednesdays from 1:30-2:15pm as well as the second Saturday of each month from 10:30-11:15 am. Cost is $5 per session. Made possible from a generous grant from Target Corporation. We can't wait to see you at the barn!
