Rules The Right Step, Inc. Art Auction Fundraiser September 15-30, 2019
Starting September 15, 2019 at 12:01am MDT, to make a bid for our Facebook Art Auction item, simply enter your bid amount in the comment section under the photo of the work of art you’d like to bid on. The opening bid on each item must be at least the minimum bid listed for each work of art. Each subsequent bid must follow the minimum increment of $10.00. Any bids not adhering to this format will be declared invalid and voided.
Once the auction is declared closed on September 30, 2019 at 5:00pm MDT, the highest bid entered on the comment section that adheres to the designated increment shall constitute the winning bid and will be marked. In the event of a dispute, The Right Step, Inc.’s Board Chair will act as the final authority.
The winning bidder will be contacted via Facebook message, to arrange payment (credit card or check) and to arrange delivery of the art.
Payment for items purchased must be made in full before the art is shipped. We accept credit cards or checks. Receipts will be available upon request.
Any item left unclaimed will be offered to the next highest bidder and sold.
By bidding in the Online Art Auction, each bidder agrees to these auction rules. The Right Step, Inc. reserves the right to add or withdraw items, without notice, to or from the Facebook Art Auction. Auction item purchases are final. No returns or exchanges will be issued. All items are “as is”.
The Right Step, Inc. provides no guarantees, warranties or servicing of auction items and is not liable for any personal injury or damage to property that may result from the use of the item or service sold.
