Welcome to The Right Step

​The Right Step, Inc. (TRS) has been providing adaptive riding and horsemanship for children and adults with physical, cognitive, emotional, behavioral, and learning disabilities since 2008. TRS got its start as a way to give aging school horses a job while connecting with the community. Over 15 years later, we have grown tremendously and served hundreds of people in the Denver Metro Area. We offer mounted, adaptive riding lessons as well as many ground-based options. We have programs for veterans, senior living centers, and team building. TRS is a 501c3 nonprofit and a PATH Intl., Premier Accredited Center.

​The Right Step is a PATH, Intl. Premier Accredited Center and follows their standards.  PATH, Intl. is an international membership and credentialing association for equine assisted activities.  The Right Step underwent rigorous credentialing by PATH Intl. to become a Premier Accredited Center to ensure utmost safety and quality in the program.
